A Parental Coordinator works with separated or divorced parents to manage conflict, improve communication, and support the practical application of Parenting Plans, Consent Orders, or Court Orders. Their role is to ease tension and guide parents toward child-focused decisions
A Parental Coordination is about putting parenting plans into action in everyday life. Mediation usually helps create or update those plans, while Parental Coordination steps in afterwards to make sure things run more smoothly. A Parental Coordinator works with both parents to reduce conflict and support calmer, more cooperative co-parenting over time.
